For online/distance contracting, you must receive clear pre-contract and contract information enabling identification of the business and understanding the service terms, including distance-contract information obligations. This page supports your request handling as required under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.
In distance contracts, consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days and the business must provide the withdrawal procedure and refunds accordingly (with exceptions for certain categories), as stated in Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.
We process personal data for handling your request and contact. Such processing must be lawful and accompanied by required notice and, where applicable, consent mechanisms under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.
For tour operator services, the required pre-contract invitation/offer and information (including tour operator identification and licensing/authorization status, where applicable) must be provided before you conclude the tour agreement. Relevant requirements are set out in Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР.
If tour terms change or become unavailable, consumer rights and business obligations for handling changes/termination must comply with Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.
