1. Who we are and how we work

hostmatrixa.com ("we", "us") offers tour-related services and may provide tour offers upon request or quote. The tour offer you select (and the conditions provided to you before you confirm) form the basis of our distance-contract information and tour service agreement.

Legal note for consumers in Ukraine (distance/online contracting): we provide clear pre-contract and contract information enabling you to identify the business and understand the service terms, including distance-contract information obligations, under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.

2. Contract information, offer details, and required tourism disclosures

Before you conclude the tour services agreement, we provide the necessary pre-contract offer/invitation details, including tour-operator identification and required status/licensing information as applicable, in line with Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР.

If a tour becomes unavailable or the tour terms change, we will handle such changes and termination of the tour services in accordance with Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.

3. Distance contract withdrawal (14 days)

For distance contracts, you generally have a right to withdraw (refuse) within 14 days. We provide the withdrawal procedure and refunds in accordance with the applicable rules and exceptions under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.

4. Submitting requests through the site (lead/contact form)

You may submit a request to receive a tour offer. Submitting the request does not create a contract by itself; the contract is concluded based on the tour offer and confirmation provided to you.

Personal data processing for lead/contact requests is lawful and handled with the required notice and, where applicable, consent mechanisms under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.

5. Account-free use

You can use the site and submit requests without creating an account. We do not require account creation for submitting requests.

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hostmatrixa.com is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure), or for information errors that result from inaccuracies you provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection or tourism legislation in Ukraine.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to you are the Terms made available at the time you submit a request and conclude the tour agreement, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
