Where you submit a tour/quote request online, we provide clear pre-contract and contract information enabling you to identify the business and understand the service terms, including obligations for distance contracting. We also provide statutory withdrawal information for distance contracts, including a procedure for refusing/withdrawing and refunds (subject to exceptions for certain categories), in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.

If tour conditions change or become unavailable, we handle such changes/termination in line with the tourism and consumer protection framework, including Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.
